These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Tracker4You website (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital products offered through it.
By using the Website, you fully and unconditionally agree to this Agreement.
1. Definitions
1.1. Website — the Tracker4You online platform providing access to digital products and information.
1.2. User — any individual who visits the Website or purchases digital products.
1.3. Administration (“we”) — the owners and operators of the Website and the project.
1.4. Digital Product — an electronic file (Google Sheets template or similar) provided to the user after payment.
1.5. Payment Platform — the third-party service Lavatop, which processes transactions.

2. General Provisions
2.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer.
2.2. By continuing to use the Website, the user confirms their acceptance of this Agreement.
2.3. The Administration may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
2.4. The current version is always available at Terms.

3. Registration and Purchases
3.1. To complete a purchase, the user must provide a valid email address or other data required for delivering the digital product.
3.2. All payments are processed through Lavatop.
3.3. The Administration is not responsible for the operation of third-party payment services.
3.4. After successful payment, the user receives the digital product either:
  • automatically (via download or access link), or
  • manually (via email), depending on the product format.
3.5. Completing a purchase confirms the user’s agreement with the Refund Policy (Refund).

4. Access to Digital Products
4.1. After purchase, the user receives access to the digital file (e.g., a Google Sheets template).
4.2. To use the product, the following are required:
  • a Google account;
  • access to Google Sheets.
4.3. The user is responsible for the proper functioning of their Google account, browser, and device.
4.4. The Administration is not responsible for limitations, outages, or errors within Google services.

5. User Rights and Obligations
The user agrees not to:
  • distribute digital products to third parties;
  • publish files in open access;
  • sell or present materials as their own;
  • use materials for commercial purposes without permission (except for personal use);
  • provide false information when making a purchase.
The user is allowed to:
  • use purchased templates for personal and individual work purposes;
  • modify Google Sheets templates for their own needs;
  • store materials in their personal Google Drive.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
The Administration agrees to:
  • provide access to the digital product after payment;
  • ensure the correctness of the original file;
  • provide support regarding access and delivery issues.
The Administration reserves the right to:
  • modify the content of the Website and products;
  • update templates;
  • refuse refunds if the Refund Policy conditions have been met and the product has been delivered;
  • restrict access to a user who violates this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Administration is not responsible for file incompatibility with the user’s devices, Google Sheets failures, or Google account issues.
7.2. The Administration is not liable for user errors resulting from incorrect file usage.
7.3. The Website is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

8. Refund Policy
Refund conditions are fully described in the Refund Policy (Refund).
By clicking “Pay,” the user confirms their agreement with the refund terms.

9. Personal Data Processing
9.1. All user data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (Privacy).
9.2. By making a purchase, the user gives consent to the processing of personal data.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. All disputes should first be resolved through direct communication between the user and the Administration.
