Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital products purchased through the Tracker4You website (the “Website”).
Since we provide digital products (Google Sheets templates) that become accessible to the user immediately after purchase, the refund policy has specific rules described below.

1. General Provisions
1.1. A digital product is an electronic file or template delivered to the user after payment is confirmed.
1.2. Because users receive the product instantly and in full, digital products are non-refundable once they have been successfully delivered.
1.3. By purchasing any digital product on the Website, the user confirms their agreement with this Refund Policy.

2. Cases in Which a Refund Is Possible
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

2.1. Technical inability to access the product
If, due to our error, the user does not receive the download link or cannot access the file after purchase.

2.2. Non-functional or corrupted file
If the delivered file:
  • does not open,
  • is corrupted,
  • contains a critical error that makes it unusable.
(In such cases, we will first provide a working version. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.)

2.3. Incorrect or duplicate charge
If a payment was processed by mistake or charged twice due to an issue with the payment provider.

3. Cases in Which Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

3.1. The user received a working product
Once the file or access link has been provided, the digital product is considered delivered.

3.2. The user changed their mind or expected different functionality
Including:
  • “I changed my mind,”
  • “The format doesn’t suit me,”
  • “I expected more features,”
  • “I don’t like the design,”
  • “I decided not to use it.”

3.3. The issue is not caused by usFor example:
  • limitations of Google Sheets,
  • device or browser restrictions,
  • lack of a Google account,
  • inability to use Google Sheets on a mobile device (some functions may be limited),
  • the user accidentally deleted the file.

3.4. The user accessed, copied, or downloaded the file
Accessing the link or file qualifies as full delivery of the digital product.

3.5. The user violated the Terms of Use
Including distribution, sharing, posting, reselling, or transferring the product to third parties.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the user must:

Include:
  • date of purchase,
  • email used during payment,
  • description of the issue,
  • screenshots (if applicable).
Processing time: 24–48 hours.
Refund time depends on the payment provider.

5. Alternative Solutions
In case of technical issues, we may:
  • provide a working version of the file,
  • replace the template with a similar one,
  • resend the access link,
  • provide usage instructions.
A replacement may be offered before the refund request is considered.
